Jacquelyn Thompson, appellant, was convicted by a jury of being a party to the offense of aggravated robbery that was committed by Jerry Wayne Fears of Gene Taylor. The jury also assessed her punishment at twenty-five years confinement in the Department of Corrections. The Tyler Court of Appeals, in an unpublished opinion, affirmed appellants conviction.
