Jacobsen, together with several other homeowners and an insurance company that sustained losses as a result of the fire in question (Plaintiffs), appeal from the judgment of the District Court of the Nineteenth Judicial District, Lincoln County, entered upon a jury verdict in favor of the State. We affirm
